TERMS OF DELIVERY

General information about ordering:

The subscriber must be at least 18 years old. Most of the products in the online store are old and there is usually only one piece for sale.

All the products for sale are cleaned and, if necessary, they have also been renovated by repairing or renewing the defective parts. If necessary, we wash the products.

Please take into account that old textiles almost always have some traces of use. Traces/defects that are significant from the point of view of use are mentioned in the product presentation.

We strive for as few returns as possible, so feel free to ask for more measurements, pictures or other information about the product you are interested in! The best way to contact us is via social media and email.

In international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs fees and taxes in his own country.

 


ORDERING FROM THE ONLINE STORE:

1. Add the desired products to the shopping cart.

2. Click "Proceed to pay"

3. Enter contact information. The phone number is mandatory because Posti requires it for its shipments.

4. Click "Continue to choose the delivery method"

5. Choose the delivery method: pickup from the warehouse/parcel machine/nearest Posti. Delivery costs are automatically determined here according to the weight of the products. (Finnish customers)

6.Click "Proceed to pay", which will take you to PayTrail Oyj's page to pay for your order.

7. Remember to return to the online store after payment so that the payment is registered on your order.

8. After payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation to your email or phone. After the order has been processed, you will receive information about the shipment of the package and the shipment ID from us. The products are sent within 1-3 working days.

9. Posti will send you an arrival notification to your phone when the package has arrived to be picked up at Posti or the parcel machine.

PAYING IN THE ONLINE STORE:

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask that you first contact the supplier of the product.

3. RIGHT OF RETURN (Finnish customers)

You have a 14-day right of return for the products you have purchased, which means the time from the arrival notification to you-->the arrival notification to us. We recommend picking up the shipment from the Post without delay, arranging the products immediately and making a decision about a possible return. Products must be returned unused.

We refund 50% of products that arrived after the return period.

If you want to return the entire shipment or part of it, send a return notice to email ( info@pivis.fi ). The return notice must show the orderer's name, address information, order number and information about what is being returned. 

The payment will be returned through the PayTrail payment broker , if it has been used to pay for the order. Otherwise, the return notification must also state the account number to which we will return the payment.

There is no free return for the products . You can use the cheapest possible shipping method for the return.  Please note that when you return all the products in the order, we will not refund the postage of the original package.

The customer has a duty of care for the product he ordered. If a significant reduction in value is detected in the returned product due to neglect of this obligation, our Company has the right to charge the reduction in value up to the full price of the product.

The customer must contact us first in all product-related problem situations, by phone or e-mail.

If the reduction in value is found to have occurred due to the supplier, the customer must immediately report the damage to the supplier and also notify us.

If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates' consumer advisory service ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).
