Masto brand men's shirt, which I couldn't find any information about online even after diligent googling. So it must be a pretty rare garment! This looks like it was made in the 70s-80s. The black-based fabric has small aniline red flowers. The shirt has a button fastening with brass-colored, decorative buttons.
The cuff has holes on both sides, so you can put cufflinks in here. There is also a button on the cuff for normal fastening. The cuff also looks good turned up.
The collar is decorated with a buckle that has two different attachment points.
