Finnish Piretta skirt from the 90s. The skirt has a dark blue fabric with multi-colored feather patterns, including red, white and green.
The waist band curves in front and has plenty of gathers at the bottom, making the hem wide. There are open pockets on the sides. Zipper closure at the back.
Material 100% viscose. No lining. Made in Finland.
