Finnish-made Pola ski pants, or "ski pants", from the 80s and 90s. And you didn't ski with these back then, at least not on the trails!
The trousers have a high waist, tapered legs and elasticated cuffs. There are sunken open pockets on the hips. Belt loops. The fabric colour is off-white.
