Westerlind pleated skirt from the 80s. The skirt is off-white in color.
The skirt has a narrow waistband. The waistband has pleats sewn all around and is quilted all the way to the hips. There is a zipper and button on the left side. No pockets or lining.
The fabric is sturdy, very resistant to pleating; 70% polyester and 30% viscose. Made in Portugal. Washable.
