Monteau brand secondhand summer dress from the 2000s. This sleeveless and open top dress has an off-white fabric with red and gray stripes. The back of the top is completely elastic. There are pockets at the front hem.

Fabric 80% rayon, 20% linen. The front of the top has a polyester lining.
