Romantic nightgown from the 70s-80s, size 38/40

This nightgown is as sweet as a summer night at grandma's in the countryside...The light blue fabric has small floral patterns. There are ruffles on the chest area and cuffs. The previous owner has modified this so that the dress opens in the front and fastens with buttons.

Material 65% polyester, 35% cotton. The fabric is soft, non-stretchy. Washing instructions 60 degrees.
