Short frill skirt with a purple and blue floral pattern. The skirt is homemade and has an elastic waistband. The elastic has been renewed at Pivis and the elastic band has been left open so that the elastic can be adjusted to suit you.
The fabric is a very flowing synthetic fiber. No lining.
