Tie clip from the 2000s, pen inside

A fun 2000s tie clip with a small pen that can be pulled out from one end. The pen still has ink in it. This was probably given as a gift at some point, as the clip has the engraving "Best regards, Jarmo".

The material would appear to be steel.
